Where are you located?
We are a family-owned small boutique shop operating out of Davis, California, USA. We have all items in hand which allows us to process and get your orders to you faster. Our storefront address is 604 Third Street, Ste 2, Davis, CA.
What is your shipping time?
Once an order is placed, we will process the items within 3-4 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on shipping options available at checkout. Standard shipping time is 3-4 business days. Economy shipping time is 5-8 business days.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are offered at checkout.
I received the item and not in love with it. What is your return policy?
Returns for purchases made online to be returned back via courier must be initiated via email and received by the designated courier within 30 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return shipping is $8.00 for each number of returned item(s) and will be deducted from your refund total. Online purchases can also be returned in-store free of charge with proof of order receipt within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange for online purchases, please email support@peachylady.com. Order number must be provided. Once approved, Peachy Lady will send a shipping label for the item(s) to be shipped back. Do not send item(s) back without an approved shipping label. Item(s) must be received by the designated courier within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns for purchases made in-store are only permitted for in-store returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase receipt. Receipt is required for all in-store returns and exchanges; no exceptions.
Return/exchange items must be received in new condition, unworn, and with tags intact. Any obvious odor or stain on the items may be subject to denial. All bodysuits are final sale due to hygienic purposes; no returns or exchanges on bodysuits. All jewelry are final sale. Exchanges are permitted to the same item in a different size and is based on availability. Items that are marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or online store credit. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
How can I check the status of my order?
Tracking your order can be found by creating an account prior to or at the time of purchase. The status of your order can also be found by the tracking link attached to the initial confirmation order sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
I received the wrong goods. What do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are sorry if your item arrives damaged! Please help us by making it right. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. You may contact us at support@peachylady.com.
Where can I find sizing information?
Sizing charts are found on the bottom of the homepage. The sizing charts provide as a guide only. Fit may vary depending on style and brand. For more specific details and sizing on the product, please feel free to email us at products@peachylady.com.
